Posted in section:

On Christmas day, scientists and fishermen researching sharks in the Palm Beach region, and environs, in Florida, released a video called Shark Science in Jeopardy. It focuses on their efforts to give vital protection to hammerhead, lemon, and tiger sharks in the waters off Florida, with NOAA's decision to change the shark fishing season looming closer. If this decision is not changed, iit will grant access to aggregations of sharks in that area when they are most vulnerable.

NOAA Fisheries has been asked to provide an official written yes or no answer from the final decision maker before the critical date that NOAA Fisheries set in motion of January 1, 2016 which is almost here.
