Any ardent diver will understand the problem. After a good days diving you load up your boot (trunk) and head home with a car load of wet dive gear.

The majority of us have prepared our vehicles for wet kit, and pack it into large flexible buckets, gear gulpers or equipment bags. When we get home we wrestle everything into the back garden, the yard or bathroom to wash it off and then hang it up to dry. And in the process we try not to get too wet ourselves.

And for most of us, our journey from the dive site to home can often be longer than an hour. Wouldn't it be nice if some of our kit had already begun to dry? Especially when we have been diving in fresh / sweet water and it is late on a Sunday night? Now it looks as though there is a neat solution, thanks to four years of research and development by the folks at 'The Drybag Company'.

This Brit manufacturer has invented a (patent pending) full length, zip up, wetsuit carrier. On first inspection it looks similar to a suiter used to protect business suits and evening attire. But then you realise that there are mesh vents for air flow, the seams are watertight and a water reservoir has been built in to collect residual water.

The durable carrier also protects your wetsuits and wet garments from direct sunlight whilst letting them drip dry quickly and naturally.

The Drybag Company state "this carrier can take up to 25kg in weight enabling you to hang all your wet gear in one bag keeping your living space tidy."

Finally this carrier is manufactured from 100% recycled Olefin. A positive tick for the environmentalists amongst us!
