The New York-based Explorers Club are staging their first ever event in Scotland, on Friday 22nd November 2019 at the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh.

The Great Britain and Ireland Chapter has teamed up with the Polar Academy to jointly host three of the world’s toughest and most seasoned explorers.
Captain Louis Rudd MBE, Mark Wood and Paul Vicary will share stories and footage from their expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctica, and reveal what can be achieved when you push mind and body to the limit.
The evening will be chaired by Scotland’s greatest living Polar explorer, Craig Mathieson – the founder of The Polar Academy and a member of the world-renowned Explorers Club.
