A North Wales dive centre has announced it will be hosting a Scuba Pride event in July 2018.

The event will be held on Saturday 21 July at Vivian Diving Quarry and hosted by Dutton Divers.

The day will feature guest speakers, dive manufacturers, recreational and tech try dives, and a BBQ. Apres dive events include a karaoke and rainbow face painting.

Event organiser Clare Dutton stated "we want to show that scuba diving is open to everyone, without prejudice, and positively encourage those that have been reluctant to take part in our sport because they didn't think they 'fitted in'.”

Information and tickets can be found .
