Gareth runs the successful and globally-unique 'The Human Diver' which teaches divers about the role of human factors and non-technical skills in sport and commercial diving. He is a well published writer, developing academic and has presented globally on the role of human factors in diving accidents / incidents and their contribution to high performance teams. He runs online and classroom-based training

He also teaches the subject of HF and non-technical skills to the healthcare, corporate and SME sectors.

In terms of diving he is an advanced OC Trimix diver (Tech 2 with GUE) and Mod 1 on the JJ-CCR with TDI having trained with Kieran Hatton. He is also an accomplished underwater photographer with a deep interest in cold, green water wreck diving.
